I went to KKH to visit pooja because she was admitted again. I was shocked at the nureses' attitude in the children ward. It was ward 55. The nurses were all busy. There was a new born baby. a few days old. In the middle of their reception. I was upset seeing a baby in the ward. The baby vomitted. I was so shocked because noone took notice of it.There was a fat nurse who walked up and down but not even once, she bend to smile or look at the infant.

I called a nurse and told her, that baby vomitted. She replied defensively," ya we will clean la". I was wtf?! You, nurses did not even notice it till someone told you and you show me attitude. there was this nurse in green uniform. A BLOODY MINAH!. i have nothing against malay girls but this one looked like she came to sashay at her werkplace with the amount of makeup. shhhhesh. A student from ngee ann poly went up to her and said. what time do i feed the baby and what do i feed? Her reply, with a very atuthorative voice, go look at the board!. What is so wrong if you had to share your knowledge. What if she read wrongly, why sabotage someone?

I have nothing against nurses! IT is a job which requires lots of patience and passion. I look up to nurses and respect them beyond words. My best friend is a nurse! I know its not a easy job. You have to learn how to shine those bad times. come on, IT IS A INFANT!show the baby more love. I am very upset with what i saw.

I hope i have not upset anyone here. I do not work as nurse. if you are going to rant about, you must work as a nurse than you know. for your info, i have picked up poo, washed away vomit when i worked as s childcare teacher. so stop thinking, you have a dirty job and people do not understand. if it is dirty, please quit!

I WILL NEVER DELIVER MY CHILD IN KKH. OR ADMIT MY CHILD THERE. enough said.
